Learning Through Fabrication
The goal of this project was to take a deeper dive into actual material fabrication. I chose to study pour casting.
Pour casting is when you take a liquid material like resin, cement, metal, etc and use it to poor into a mold pocket which can be one or multipart, once dry you will have a hardened object from your material.

Creature Design Progress
Once I decided on the blind box’s I went on to design what they would look like, which is when I decided to base them off of Cryptids.
One of the most challenging parts was crafting the 3D silhouettes and figuring out how much cement was needed for each figure.
